A resident of Eureka Springs, Arkansas since 1981 he is well qualifed to be your agent regardless of your particular real estate needs, either as a buyer or seller.
Extensive work experience has taught him to provide a high level of customer service assuring great attention to detail and a smooth transaction.

Charles likes to say, "I was born and raised in Maine but I 'grew up' in Eureka Springs".  His enthusiasm for the area is contagious!

A long history of civic involvement has made Charles very familiar with what the entire area has to offer the newcomer, whether a young family, retirees or a budding 
entrepreneur. He has, among other endeavors, served as  past president (and current member) of the Eureka Springs Rotary Club, and was the president of the Boys and Girls Club of Carroll County for over two years. Charles also served as chairperson for the first and second American Cancer Society Relay for Life events in Carroll County. Both of those events were award winning for the level of participation and funds raised!

As the owner of several small businesses in Eureka Springs over the years, one service related and several specialty retail stores, Charles is in touch with the workings of the the business community here.

A member of the Metro Board of REALTORS Charles is proud to work with and to serve his fellow agents. He is a member of the Arkansas Realtors Association as well as the National Association of REALTORS. He is married to the former Marsha Ball, a Eureka Springs native. They are parents of twin daughters Paige and Pamela, now grown and on their own.
